1. First of all,you will have to download a software named voxox in your Android phone and the link to download that is give at the end of the procedure.
2. After you have downloaded the software,Install it and open it and you will reach here

   

   And then click on sign up.

3. Now,use your own phone number which you have access to because it is required for the registration purpose.In addition to that,enter your email,a new username and password here

   

   And then click on Sign up.

4. Now, enter the activation code which is sent to your registered mobile number

   

   And click on Verify.

5. After that it will register you in and then go to the More option present at top right corner

   

   Now copy this voxox number which is going to be your fake number for whatsapp.

6. Now,uninstall whatsapp if you have installed it already and reinstall it again.
7. Now,at verify phone number page, Type in your complete and accurate voxox number you just copied above

   

   Remember to use the same country code which is present in voxox number and click on OK

8. It will detect that number automatically and will register you in with that fake voxox number.
