Follow the steps given below

1. First of all, you will have to download the Wondershare Dr.Fone for Android software in your PC (Download link is given at the end of the procedure). And then install it. After installing, just change the access setting of the software to Administrator. Do it by right clicking the app icon and change properties and set access for Administrator.
